We, Brilliant Jewellery & Repair, referred to as “we”, “our” and “us”, and any affiliates thereof, respect our customer’s privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose customers’ personal information, including but not limited to information collected in our retail locations, our website (including mobile sites, services, applications, and platforms), third-party social media platforms, and electronic communications, collectively referred to as “services”.

We retain record of purchases you have made and services you have used as part of your customer profile for the purposes of warranties, invoices, payments, or making personalized purchase recommendations.

Electronic and Visual Data: Electronic and visual information may be retained in the form of in store video surveillance footage for the safety and security of our employees and assets.

We are committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of children. Any child under the age of 13 in Canada should have a parent or guardian provide consent for collection of personal information.  We will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.

Retention and Protection of Your Personal Information

We retain your personal information for as long as reasonably practicable to fulfill business purposes. We employ adequate procedural and technological safeguards to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure of personal information stored within our systems. All data we retain is stored within Canada, using Canadian hosting solutions. We cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted through third party platforms such as email, social media, or otherwise.
