10ky Galaxy Band
This vintage stovepipe band was given a new life, thoughtfully set with a whimsical design. We have created many variations of these galaxy rings, using vintage rings or new in-house made ones. From family wedding bands, set with mismatched sentimental diamonds, to a fresh take on birthstone rings, this is one of our favourite ways to re-purpose old treasures into a unique piece.

Modern Era
(1990 - Present)We begin this era off in the 90s, where religious and dark gothic themed jewellery took center stage. Matching sets became all the rage, as it was essential to match one's jewellery to the colours of their outfit. In the world of pop-culture, the "Heart of the Ocean", a stunning blue diamond necklace from the movie "Titanic", became one of the most talked about pieces of the era.
At the beginning of the 2000s, we head back into “White on White” as the preferred style of the decade. Engagement rings often displayed a princess cut diamond set in white gold. The “Bling” Era also began which meant one thing: the more diamonds, the better. Large name plate pendants coated in diamonds and heavy gold rings were often worn by celebrities.
In the 2010s, we see more of the trends we recognize today. Layered necklaces and stacking rings are just some of the more popular styles of our time. Next time you’re running errands or taking a walk, have a look at the people around you and see the jewellery of our era in action!
